i stayed for 2 nights in the queen suite and it was a fantastic experience. the ambiance was cozy and beautifully restored, exceeding my last visit in ouray. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location made it easy to explore restaurants and shops.

Staff was amazing with recommendations for excursions.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was broken, making our stay uncomfortable. The linens felt cheap and the towels were worn, which was disappointing for the price we paid. It was hard to relax with such a hot room and insufficient service on the amenities front.

The Queen Junior Suite was super spacious and clean. The shower was surprisingly great for an older hotel, and the towels were nice and fluffy.
